The concepts in this meditation apply to any kind of addiction, as all addiction is rooted in the same kinds of behaviors. By using techniques like loving kindness and visualization this meditation will help you work through the underlying pain that is causing addictive behavior, overcome urges and cravings, and heal yourself from the inside out. #meditation #guidedmeditation #addictionrecovery #healingmeditation
