Sara Shabana
About this episode

Rashi Chowdhary is my guest for today; an unconventional nutritionist who early on realized that we are doing it wrong! In this episode, she busts myths about conventional medicine and conventional nutrition system, and reveals how nutrition can transform chronic conditions, and shares eye-opening insights into women’s health issues that are typically ignored like female hormonal imbalances and thyroid problems.

And that’s not all, we also discussed the self discovery as she has a very interesting story herself, and how solo trips helped her in her self development journey.

In this episode from The Sara Shabana Show, we discussed:

  • The common medical beliefs and misconceptions in traditional medicine and how they fail in guiding our health and wellbeing.
  • Chronic illnesses and how nutrition plays a crucial role in managing and improving these conditions.
  • Women’s health including hormonal imbalances and common issues like endometriosis, and thyroid conditions.
  • Solo trips and self-discovery and how it contribute to personal growth.
