Are You a Prisoner of your Pain and Past...

iHeartPodcasts
About this episode

Why is it so hard to forgive and let go?

I’ve been there–caught up in replaying moments where other people hurt me, and waiting for apologies that never come. And honestly? It’s exhausting.

In this episode, I’m sharing my own struggles with forgiveness and the surprising things I’ve learned about how much holding onto pain can weigh us down. We’ll talk about what forgiveness really is (hint: it’s not about them), how our emotions affect us physically, and some simple practices that can help us let go and feel lighter.

If you’re ready to stop letting the past take up so much space and make room for peace and joy, this one’s for you
