How Stress Affects Children - 237

CONNIE ALBERS
About this episode

Did you know parental stress can negatively affect your child? Today, I'm discussing the powerful connection between stress and how it impacts our children. When life gets chaotic-- whether from work, personal struggles, or outside circumstances- our kids often feed off our emotional energy, sometimes without us even realizing it.

Listen to this episode as I share how our stress affects our children's emotional well-being, what behaviors to watch for, and, most importantly, how we can guide them through tough times. We want our children to learn how to regulate their emotions, communicate calmly, and create a sense of security when the world feels unpredictable.
