Overthinking Is OUT, Letting Things Be I...

Ashley Corbo
About this episode
If you can’t stop overthinking, listen to this episode.

Last week I went on my first brand trip, and it was INCREDIBLE. The days leading up to the trip, I was so nervous and was thinking about every possible thing that could go wrong. It got to a point where I almost backed out of the trip because I was overthinking and SPIRALING. Thankfully, I pulled it together and forced myself to go, and I’m so glad I did because it was a huge reminder that OUR THOUGHTS AREN’T ALWAYS CORRECT. Just because I tell myself that I’m going to have a bad time or that no one’s going to like me doesn’t mean that’s what’s going to happen. In today’s episode, I talk about why we overthink, how overthinking robs us of experiences, and letting go of control.
