Attachment Styles and Healthy Love with ...

About this episode

Today on the podcast, Aly speaks with Dr. Morgan Anderson of Dr. Morgan Coaching. Dr. Morgan is a psychologist and attachment theory expert that works to help women do personal healing to attract healthy love and partnerships in their lives. She went from being on a rollercoaster with relationships in her early twenties to then committing to breaking the cycle of drama and heartache. This led her to start therapy, change her own course of studies , and start supporting women and help them to attract securely attached, reciprocal, authentic and emotionally safe, loving relationships.

Today, we break down attachment theory and get to the core of what each type of attachment looks like, and how we can work to transform our attachment patterns. Dr. Morgan gives us great self-reflective tools to examine our own patterns and dynamics that are sometimes easy to repeat. Go check out her wonderful podcast: “Let’s Get Vulnerable.” If you’d
