This one's going to piss a few of you off. But I wouldn't be serving you properly if all I did was affirm you. You know we do REAL positivity here -- none of that toxic positivity.


This is also not meant to be accusatory, or demeaning. These are tough conversations I had to have with MYSELF if I wanted to keep my 110 pounds off for good. I wasn't going to make progress I was happy with until these things were properly addressed.
