Le burn-out émotionnel, c'est quand tu te sens complètement épuisée à cause de trop de stress et d'émotions fortes. C'est comme si tu n'avais plus d'énergie, même après avoir dormi. Tu peux te sentir détachée de tout, ne plus avoir envie de faire des choses que tu aimais avant, et être souvent de mauvaise humeur. Ça peut arriver à cause du boulot, des soucis personnels, ou juste trop de responsabilités. En gros, c'est ton corps et ton esprit qui te disent qu'ils en ont trop fait et qu'ils ont besoin d'une pause.

Et c'est exactement ce qui m'arrive.

je te raconte tout et surtout ce que j'essaie de faire pour m'en sortir.
