I know how it feels when your thoughts race and your mind feels full. 


In those moments, I intentionally have to come back home to the stillness inside me. Because it's in that stillness, all the details, the analyzing, and the assessing melt away. And from there, I’m better able to receive the guidance I crave. 


So, find a comfortable spot, take a deep breath, and let’s hand it all over together.
