The Hidden Health Benefits of Magnesium ...

Leah Brueggemann
About this episode

EPISODE 169: Did you know? Around 15% of Americans experience magnesium deficiency. This number, as low as it looks, is more alarming than you might think.

Magnesium is an essential mineral for our bodies. We need it to live a healthy and balanced life, so why do so many of us experience a lack of it? And how do we solve this deficiency?

These are the questions I ask my guest on this week’s episode of the podcast, the brilliant Dr. Carolyn Dean.

Dr. Carolyn is a holistic medicine expert with over 50 years of experience. She is famous for her work in public health and clinical research. She is also a magnesium expert and the author of Magnesium: The Missing Link to Total Health.

In this episode, Dr. Carolyn and I discuss the essential role of magnesium in keeping our bodies healthy, the symptoms of magnesium deficiency, why we need proper magnesium levels testing, and more.

Are you ready?
