#128 ~ Shining A Light On Shame with Dan...

Kirsten Leo
About this episode

“We over personalise all of our life experiences, especially our challenges which is why shame is such a root cause of such an intense sensitivity to rejection.”

~ Dana Doswell

What is your relationship like with shame?

Today Kirsten continues her conversation with Dana Doswell to highlight shame and the impact it is having on our nervous system and as a repercussion, our lives.

Dana’s journey began after years of living out of alignment with her body, she sought to help herself heal. Dana went DEEP on understanding the nervous system, how trauma is coded into the fascia & body, what factors contribute to healing, what options were available in the market...and realized she wasn't satisfied with what was out there.

Now Dana combines nervous system regulation, somatics, spirituality and science to help others experience how GOOD life can be.

Evolution is the best guide we have as humans to understand how we can live a life of vitality, peace and deep contentment.

Dana works with clients privately to combine these practices as well as develops programs and resources to support anyone who desires to deeply heal and optimize their lives.
