My own experience with mental control and struggle looked like waswas. You chase this cam that
you want to create, you find your mind just throwing you off the track of your life.
You get so caught up in it, you can run like a bull in a china shop and smash through the mental
barriers OR you can get stuck in it like a fish in a net.
They say can’t escape the struggle, BUT I say you can create real calm.
Waswas is a the power of negative thoughts penetrating your mind.
It’s only powerful when we can’t stop it.
The greatest lessons we learn from the Quran and Sunnah with regards to waswas is that it’s constant
and it’s a struggle that can be overcome.
