I want to start by acknowledging how challenging it can be to experience a panic attack. Although Iâve never had a panic attack myself, Iâve learned how to best support some of the people I love the most through them.Â
And so itâs my hope that through this meditation, Iâll help guide you back to a state of peace when things feel overwhelming.Â
