About this episode

EP008: want to remind you that you can set boundaries, say no, exit toxic situations and STILL be a kind, loving person. It is not one or the other. We've all been in a toxic relationship whether it's within a friendship, a family dynamic, or a romantic relationship. Starting off the episode, let's get some clarity on whether or not you should be removing this relationship from your life. We will go over some questions you can ask yourself, or journal about.

Once we get clarity on the relationships that are no longer serving us, I will take you through the five steps of letting go in a healthy, mature, loving way. But letting go isn't always the hardest part. Moving on can take people long periods of time, even years. The first thing to know is that you cannot move on until you detach from somebody. But why are you attached? What value do they bring to your life? What hole inside of you do you think that they fill for you? All of this and more with be addressed in today’s episode.

Topics:

⁃ How to know for sure you should let go

⁃ 5 steps of how to remove someone from your life

⁃ How to move on

⁃ How to find what you are looking for in other people, in yourself

⁃ What to do when someone ends things with YOU

⁃ What to do if someone ghosts you
