In this episode we are speaking to an incredibly knowledgeable lady all about pelvic health and its importance. If you didnt know already, your pelvic floor is a layer of muscles joining your pelvic organs including your bladder, womb, bowel, and rectum, to your pelvis.

Today we discuss issues from incontinence to postnatal tummy gaps, and injuries from the birth of your baby with the incredible knowledgable Jo Gipson, an expert pelvic health physiotherapist.
