Are you constantly comparing your dieting calories to those of others, wondering why they seem to be able to eat more and still lose weight?



This topic keeps on popping up in my DMs and most people get stressed over it. I get a lot of questions and messages about comparing their dieting calories to other people's.



In this I episode I address why you shouldn't compare your calories and macros to a fitness influencer or an advanced person on the internet and discuss:



- Examples of my clients and how their responses to dieting have varied greatly

- How some people can easily stay lean year-round while others struggle

- Why you shouldn't compare your calories to other people's

- The role of metabolic adaptation and different metabolic types

- Approaches to aggressive deficits for those who need them



Remember, just because someone has different calories and macros from you doesn't mean you're doing something wrong. Everyone is different. You just have to do what works for you!
