Jody Moore
About this episode

How much of your time and energy are spent thinking about food? As someone who can relate to the rollercoaster that is thinking about food and my body, I know how exhausting it can be. That's why, over the last four or five years, I've been focused on making peace with food and my health in general.

If you want to think about food less and reach your health goals, this episode is for you. I'm diving into the main concepts I had to master to experience more peace around food and my body, the questions you must ask yourself about the role food plays in your life, and my top tips for making big strides toward your end goal.
