L’empathie c’est la capacité à reconnaître et percevoir ce que l’autre ressent. L’empathie a une dimension affective, on entre en résonance avec les émotions d’autrui, et une dimension cognitive, on essaye de comprendre les états mentaux des autres, de comprendre leurs émotions et leurs pensées. L’empathie est indispensable pour nous aider à mieux comprendre ceux qui nous entourent et nos relations à eux. Mais alors comment la développer ? Voici quelques conseils.
