Nous sommes en décembre et cela fait maintenant quelques semaines que la folle envie d’hiberner vous a envahi. Vous aussi à l’image du hérisson, vous avez envie de vous rouler en boule dans un coin, plus capter personne et ne revenir qu’en mars. C’est clairement le signe du blues hivernal. Si on veut utiliser le terme clinique, on appellerait ça le Trouble Affectif Saisonnier.
