We often underestimate the importance of quality rest, spending around 2,920 hours annually in slumber. While we recognize its value, achieving high-quality sleep remains elusive for many. Simultaneously, we are awake for roughly 6,205 hours each year, predominantly working, and often struggle to maintain focus and productivity.
