About this episode

The Healing Her Hotline is now open! Call in now to leave a question, comment, or just to say hi! Ashley will be answering them on air. Dial ‪(602) 767-2641‬

Welcome back to the Healing Her podcast! Today, I am so excited to welcome my sister, Brooke Carlson to the podcast! Although we see each other all the time, it took a lot to get us both here so I am thrilled that you get to hear from my absolute best friend in the world. We’ve gone through some difficult times together and I think that has only served to bring us closer.

In this episode, Brooke and I will be answering some of your questions from what it was like growing up together, to how Brooke dealt with my miscarriage while being pregnant herself. We’ll also dive into mine and Mike’s relationship with Brooke and her husband, raising sisters with a strong bond, and repairing our relationship after arguments. Keep listening to hear more!

The Healing Her podcast will dish out practical tools, a touch of humor, and a whole lot of heart to help you uncover your way back to yourself and your peace. We will dive deep into the world of healing in a way that’s as relatable as chatting with your best friend. I’m Ashley LeMieux, a grief expert whose personal journey and masters degree in health and wellness has provided a whole new view on the world. Let’s break down the walls that are keeping us from finding the peace and transformation that we all deserve.
