111: How to Respond to a Grieving Friend

www.mollymcpherson.com
About this episode

Knowing how to respond when a friend mourns the loss of a loved one can be confusing.

People struggle to find the right words to say or to the right thing to do to help a friend cope with grief. Many do not know how to help ease the burden of grieving, especially with quarantine restrictions imposed by the pandemic.

This episode is for the person who wants to understand what to say, what to do, and what not to do, for a friend mourning the recent death of a loved one.
