Ok, so you know how sometimes you leave a conversation feeling totally energized and other times you are left feeling depleted? There’s a reason for that! Every word that we speak brings with it a certain type of energy. As Hafiz the great poet once said: “The words we use create the home we live in.” This is exactly what I’m talking about. As with all things, when we can empower ourselves to create higher vibe conversations with ourselves AND with others, we are in a better position to empower our girls in the same way. They are listening to our words and subconsciously modeling themselves after our example so let’s make it a good one! As you listen to the episode, I invite you to get honest with yourself about how your words have been creating your world, up until now and be willing to change up your language when you find that it is keeping you stagnant.
