This episode of INNER WORK is all about taking an honest look at how you're relating to your own emotions. I'll guide you towards a deeper understanding of which emotions you might be suppressing, maybe because they feel uncomfortable or inconvenient, or because someone growing up told you they were unacceptable and you should not feel them.

I'll walk you through a series of 5 key questions for self-reflection, so you can heal your relationship to your own emotions and increase your capacity to accept, be with, and feel those emotions - whatever they may be.
