About this episode

During her basketball career, Nathalie had always been interested in psychology. In fact, she might have spent as much time on the court as in university! Her academic career led her into becoming a sports psychologist for many athletes, coaches and teams in Lebanon. Since 2015 she is creating awareness about the importance of mental health in sports. 

خلال حياتها المهنية ، كانت ناتالي دائمًا مهتمة بعلم النفس. في الواقع ، ربما قضت وقتًا طويلاً في الملعب مثل الجامعة! قادتها مسيرتها الأكاديمية لتصبح طبيبة نفسية رياضية للعديد من الرياضيين والمدربين والفرق في لبنان. منذ عام 2015 ، تعمل على خلق الوعي حول أهمية الصحة العقلية في الرياضة.
