This is why change DOESN'T happen...

Erika Cramer
About this episode

🤷🏻‍♀️ Have you ever wondered why those big changes you desire seem don't seem to happen? That no matter how much you try, you can't get your changes to stick?

I mean true, long lasting change. Just think about the things that you really want to shift or change in your life that haven’t; and how long has it been this way?

In today’s episode we’re going to uncover the real reason why I believe change doesn’t happen and how we can start to work on the things that will make the changes happen. We’re going to discuss 'symptom versus root cause' and how I believe many of us get distracted on the symptoms, instead of the root cause which I believe, truly creates lasting change.

Ans as always, I’m gonna give you tangible takeaways, so you can implement this in your life now, and start to create those much needed changes.

By the end of this episode, you'll:

1. Understand the importance of addressing the root causes of your challenges for real, transformative change.

2. Recognise how you may be distracting yourself with trivial tasks and learn how to break free from this cycle.

3. Gain insights and strategies to tackle the big changes you desire in the various areas of your life.

So, if you're tired of feeling stuck and want to uncover why change often eludes us, tune in to this episode!
