Mini Meditation: Calming Manifestation

M.E.C.
About this episode

Manifest and meditate with M.E.C. as she leads you through a visualization exercise in her garden. It's hard to set aside mental space to daydream and imagine what we want out of life in the near future. This 7 minute exercise gives you the grounded space to do so. This meditation features outdoor ASMR elements to create a calming atmosphere regardless of where you are (TW: bird chirps for those with phobias). This episode was designed to be listened to multiple times, so feel free to listen any time you need some help setting aside time to figure out what you want from the future, whether it be 15 minutes from now or 5 years away. As always, you've got this.
