Have you checked in with yourself? What is exactly the emotion that you are feeling? Is it being tired? Frustrated? Unmotivated? Let yourself fully feel it and once you do - realize that you've got the power to change your state. There are multiple ways you can change your state and it depends which one is the most suitable for you at that moment. Some of my favorite ones are - cold exposure, naps, sweaty workouts, going for a walk & meditations! xx, Liza
