‘Someone was helping me develop my thinking, go deeper in my meaning behind what was going on for me and what my path forward could be. I was at a point where I was the victim in my story, even though we were going through some really tough situations, I couldn’t look outside of it, I couldn’t look beyond it. And I was stuck in it thinking this is it, this is all I’ve got. And so, by having external support it helped me realise no there is more, there is more that I can do. And it put me back into a position of choice, which is a really huge point. Once you have choice that is where your freedom is to be able to move forward. Juliet Dyer has an incredible love of emotions and understanding what and why they are there. Through all the work she has done on herself she has found a way to move from a very reactive space to a responsive space and helps us all to understand the power and importance of emotional intelligence.

 

Juliet Dyer is a Leadership and Life Coach who specialises in transformational development through value clarity, behavioural change and emotional resilience and intelligence.   Juliet works with individuals, teams and leadership groups across Australia who are seeking holistic yet highly effective coaching to eliminate stress and overwhelm, let go of self-criticism and self-doubt and to grow and succeed. Juliet’s approach- while left of field and non-traditional- simply gets results. 

Juliet is an ICF certified Professional Coach, a qualified Kinesiologist, Master NLP Practitioner, Master Time Line Therapy® Practitioner and Master Hypnotherapist. She has trained in Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, is a qualified Emotional Intelligence Coach as well as a Health and Lifestyle Educator and the founding director of The Revitalise Centre.

While Juliet uses a mix of methodologies, she sees each person as an individual and changes her approach based on what that person or that team requires.  When Juliet is not working with incredible people, you’ll find her out in nature with her family.

Her definition of Self Love has multiple definitions she feels. Self-love is having the courage to look deep within, to look at where there is potential room for growth to increase your life towards self-betterment and to then have the courage to be able to move forward to that.

It is important to disassociate from the emotions to reflect on it objectively

I call myself as a thinking partner to help with decisions processes

I educate clients to be their best self

When there is judgement, we are saying you are wrong we are right

Notice your feelings, acknowledge them and pay them attention

Our assumptions become our inner mean girl or gremlin

What do we know to be true? What is within your control? What can you do right now to help yourself and feel better?

Allow your head and heart to be in alignment to make the changes you desire
