That doesn’t mean you can’t end your overeating. But when you fail along the way, it tends to diminish your belief in yourself. Your belief that you truly can solve this challenge and become a natural eater.

I’m back my friend, with another live coaching session with a Freedom Group member. I know from the feedback I’ve received from listeners that these live sessions are helpful to many of you.

Today I’m talking to Nalida, a FG member. In the past, Nalida was able to lose a significant amount of weight and keep it off for 5 years. But then she got derailed, with an injury and the pandemic, which brought her back to some old, unhelpful eating habits. So today we’re going to explore how she can get back her belief in herself. Her belief that she can conquer this issue and have a permanent solution.
