Ranim Kaddoura: My Mental Health Crash

RANIM KADDOURA
About this episode

If you've been following us, you would know that after our season break, instead of celebrating the 1-year anniversary of the podcast I announced an extended break because my mental health had just crashed. Today I take you inside to the depths of me and tell you about what that looked like for me.  It's definitely not all of it, but it's a very big part of my crash. I will tell you how I came face to face with one of my biggest limiting beliefs that has been dictating a lot of the narratives in my life.
As May is Mental Health Awareness Month, I want to normalise these conversations around mental health and how different they look for everyone and also what a seemingly perfectly normal functioning person might be going through internally.
