Carole Jean Whittington, Autistic Burnout Researcher at Whittington Well-Being
About this episode

UPDATED EPISODE-

In this episode I will give you the top 4 Mistakes most people make when they are trying to get out of Burnout. I experienced my first autistic burnout at the age of six. This may seem young, however through my research after speaking with thousands of other late identified autistics, this is not very unusual or uncommon. For the next 40 years I was in some degree of burnout and even thought I had fully recovered a time or two but I had only fallen into the Restoration Illusion Trap. When I finally hit the rock bottom of a level 5 Ghost Pepper Burnout and decided enough was enough I had no idea how to do it or what was actually possible. Join me today to learn the top Burnout Restoration mistakes and what the possibilities for thriving can be for you. We each have a unique dream and expectations for our lives and yours will be unique to you. Discover what thriving after burnout can actually look like even if you have no idea where to begin Mind Your Autistic Brain Talk Show https://resources.mindyourautisticbrain.com/talkshow I don’t receive any form of compensation for these products, I just love them and their autistic owned business owner and want to spread the word and Shine A Light.
