أسيل طفيلي
About this episode
Rana Mokdad is without any doubt one of the most dedicated and hardworking girls in the Lebanese Football Community. From a young age, and unlike the majority of female footballers in Lebanon, she worked on the physical aspect of her game. She took it to a whole new level when she decided to do a masters in "Sports and Exercise Science" at the Technical University of Munich. In this episode, we discussed many topics: from the importance of being fit, to the misjudgments in our Lebanese football regarding certain body types, passing by the necessity of including the fitness aspect in any team's programme, as well as her future objectives.-------------------------------You can listen to the Podcast on Anghami, Spotify, Anchor, Apple Podcasts, and other Podcast platforms.-------------------------------Follow the Podcast on Social Media:Instagram - Facebook - Twitter-------------------------------If you would like to contribute to the Podcast's success, you can either buy us a cookie 👉: https://www.buymeacoffee.com/the.supersubsor support us by becoming a member on Patreon 👉: patreon.com/thesupersubs-------------------------------#podcast #football #womensfootball #footballfeminin #menaregion #lebanon #podcasting #podcastepisode #podcastmovement #footballanalysis #femalefootballers #lebanesefootball #professionalfootball #worldcup #qatarworldcup #fitness
