About this episode

Like many other women, Lea has been harassed many times. As a strength coach and Jujutsu she always managed to escape.
She wanted to share her skills and expertise with other women too. “Inti” is an initiative that teach and develop skills for self preservation and personal safety for women.
You cannot stop harassment but you can learn how to defend yourself with strength training, awareness and precaution. 
In this episode Lea Habbouche shares with us some tips and skills to always be physically and mentally ready for any type of harassment.
