How often have you started a workout program, new project, or endeavor to only fail a few weeks to months after starting? When we try to make a change, our current self wants us to stay the same. You are not just trying to change; you are breaking the repetitive frequency that you have been living in.

Your current self is not bad or evil for trying to keep you the same. It's the law of attraction at work. You have spent months to years creating the you that you are now, and that is powerful. But when you feel the pull of your former self as you start to level up. Know that it's a good thing! That means you are creating the change.

Keep moving forward, and know this is all part of the process. You are not quitting or stopping anything that you used to do. All the habits that no longer serve you do not resonate with your new state, and you are not them!

This is a powerful episode, and I can't wait to share it with you.
