Lisa Lindell works in HR. She shares that she did not begin to struggle with her weight until college. She was put on meds for a hyperthyroidism, and her weight climbed to an all-time high of 280 pounds. Lisa managed to diet down to 220 pounds. 

In May of 2022, Lisa learned about IF and the book Delay, Don’t Deny on a podcast, and she began her IF journey right away. She has lost 60 pounds, her bloodwork numbers have normalized, and her thyroid meds have dramatically decreased. 

Lisa loves how natural fasting has felt to her, and she will live the IF lifestyle for the rest of her life. 

Lisa’s advice: “Give IF time. Because it is healing, the weight loss can be slow at first.”
