About this episode

Hello my friend!
Do you feel out of control when it comes to food?
This may be because you’ve got a really low standard for taking care of yourself.
And if you have a low standard for yourself with how you eat, I’m guessing those ways of handling yourself might be spilling over into other areas of your life.

So, in today’s session, we’ll be looking at the standards you’ve developed around food and eating.

Before we’re done, you’ll learn how to set standards that bring out the best in you and move you forward in your journey to becoming a natural eater.

Standards are like the expectations you have for yourself: things you always do, and things you never do.

And of course, all the in-betweens. Things you do once in a while and things you do often but not all the time.

If you are frustrated with yourself and your eating, the problem may be that your standards are not giving you the results you wish for.

If they are too high, from your starting point, you’ll never feel like you’re making any progress.

And if they are too low, the tiny, tiny wins you’re making also won’t feel like they are helping you change.

Wherever you are now, you have a hidden glass ceiling that comes from those standards. If you want to change, join me as we take a look at what your standards are – for eating and for the rest of your life.
