For many anxiety sufferers, an obsessive and consuming fear of death and existential issues becomes a real problem. Let's talk about it in this episode of the podcast.  The most important thing to remember is that ALL humans struggle with thoughts and fears about death and existence from time to time.  This is NORMAL! Your relationship with those thoughts and fears is just a bit off the rails right now!
