Big girls can't run (and other lies)

Turia Pitt
About this episode

Jessica Norris (my old school friend and workmate) had no interest in learning to run. From a young age, she told herself (and was told) a story about her size and ability. That's why I was desperate for Jess to test it out. Run With Turia is an inclusive running program, for all women, no matter their size, background, or starting point.

This episode is about what happened next for Jess and how she transformed, in so many ways.

Running isn't about being fast. It's not even about looking great in activewear. It's about showing up. Taking time for yourself. Then building on that confidence a little bit every day. You will surprise yourself.

Enrollments for my running program close TODAY, Jan 24.
