  • Typical ways your procrastination habit has an effect on how you eat and take care of yourself.
  • The big answer to ‘why’ you do it!
  • How you feel when you procrastinate.
  • And what some common triggers are that cause you to do it.
  • Ways to recognize that it’s your habit, so you can deal with it properly.
  • And, finally, several effective ways to overcome it.
