Le management, contrairement à ce que beaucoup de personnes voudraient nous faire croire, ce n'est pas une science complexe; c'est avant toute chose affaire de bon sens. Oui, je le crois profondément, tout le monde peut devenir un manager de qualité. Bien entendu, certaines personnes ont naturellement des qualités humaines qui font d'elles ou d'eux des "managers"... cela étant dit, les 5 qualités essentielles pour être un bon manager, avec un peu de travail, tout le monde peut les acquérir.
