Penny works in the mental health and wellness space and uses her ADHD and CPTSD to help people overcome their complex mental health challenges.


She’s a writer, a mentor and a speaker, more recently performing a TedX talk called ‘How I learnt to fix my

‘broken brain’ by healing my broken heart.


This talk focuses on her ADHD and unresolved trauma experience and has gone on to help many people understand and heal themselves.


Penny offers courses and a community that guides you towards healing and wholeness.
