Why do I use Peloton and didn’t purchase other equipment like a rowing machine or elliptical. I also discuss the Schwinn IC4, the spin bike I use daily to workout. Finally I share how I ended up getting into running after vowing I never would and how I trained to run my first 5k. Plus info on how to shop for running shoes to get you into running.
