Many of us will have been conditioned into a relationship with food that is disempowering. Weâve failed the food protocols, meal plans, and diet regimens. Which means, we have strong evidence to support the belief that we do not have control.
This isnât a problem. Itâs perfectly safe to have this present. And, it is possible to move from disempowerment to empowerment with food. In fact, itâs a non-negotiable for you to create healthy eating habits on your terms.
