My guest for today is an award-winning serial entrepreneur, clinical psychologist, and hypnotherapist. He is a legend in his field!

He is an Assistant Professor and an academic staff member of Kuwait University’s Faculty of Medicine, where he has taught clinical psychology and cognitive behavioral therapy since 2005. This besides many many many other degrees, the latest of which is his not 2nd but 3rd doctorate in  Clinical Sexology.

As a serial entrepreneur, Dr. Naif Al-Mutawa is the creator of THE 99, the first group of comic superheroes born of an Islamic archetype. THE 99 has received a remarkable positive global attention. Forbes named THE 99 as one of the Top 20 Trends Sweeping the Globe, and President Barack Obama himself praised Dr. Naif and THE 99 as perhaps the most innovative out of the thousands of entrepreneurs reviewed by his Presidential Summit on Entrepreneurship.

Beside the global attention to his achievements, he is also on the  investment committee of Kuwait’s National Fund for Small and Medium Sized Businesses, a fund of $7 billion dollars aiming develop entrepreneurship in Kuwait.

Last but not least, he is now the co-founder of the Tuhoon app. Which is a self-help ecosystem to scale mental wellbeing in a culturally relevant context aiming at making the Arab world a happier and healthier place.
