Misconduct is going to happen whether we like it or not. Our response to those behaviors makes all the difference in the world. Let's rethink how kids learn by reviewing Social Learning Theory. Consider how effective the service model is when interacting with our students. There are different ways to approach individuals and groups that reduces conflict even when kids try to create them.
