Whatever happens in my life, I stay in control of my emotions.

I am always centered and calm.

My heart is spacious enough to hold everything I feel and everything I am.

I feel emotions without losing control.

I am transforming into someone who is naturally calm and collected.

I am in control of my emotions.

I am beginning to think logically, even in stressful situations.

I embrace my emotions, acknowledge my fears with compassion and release them with love.

I break free from the burdens of my past.

I let go of anger and pain in order to welcome new beginnings into my life.

 

You have to train your mind to be stronger than your emotions or else you’ll lose yourself every time.

Speak these control your emotions affirmations throughout your day to help guide you in your journey.
