Hypnosis to Destroy Cravings For Chocola...

ADAM COX
About this episode

Adam works with a lady to help her be as discerning as she was in other areas of her life in the area of food choices.

Many people make excellent and consistent choices about things in certain areas of their life but not about food or exercise. Adam uses various metaphors to map across the resources in one area of the client's life to enable her to raise standards about what she eats, when she eats, and how much she eats.

Specifically this episode tackles cravings for chocolate, bread, and carbs like pasta, rice, and potatoes.
