Natures Sweet Shop - Hypnosis for Sugar ...

ADAM COX
About this episode

Adam creates a short hypnosis session for a regular listener who was addicted to eating chewy sweets. This would sometimes mean they would get sick and take longer to recover than those with a stronger immune system.

Adam creates a metaphor of two sweet shops  -a factory sweet shop and nature's sweet shop - where you can associate with the consequences of a diet high in processed sugar compared to when you eat nature's sweets - fruit!
