About this episode
#Ep671

In this listener special episode of #TheHabitCoach Podcast, Host Ashdin answers an interesting question from a listener Akshay, he says, "I always seek validation from someone. I know what I am doing is with my values, according to how I can react to a situation, but even after that event happened, I seek validation from any person to comment on my take/stand from that situation. I always seek for that "Yes, you did good brother" sentence."

Ashdin answers by explaining the concept from Adlerian psychology, there's a concept called 'Praise and Punishment' and how to understand it better. Further, he shares ways to deal with better emotions of validation. All this and much more on this awesome episode of #TheHabitCoach with Ashdin Doctor.
